  • 2lbs. boneless chuckchopped
  • 3/4cup flour
  • 1 green pepperchopped
  • 3 tomatoeschopped
  • 1can stewed tomatoes
  • 1pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1cup beef broth
  • 1tsp. salt
  • 1tsp. pepper
  • 1tbsp. Hungarian sweet paprika
  • 1 clove garlicdiced
  1. Coat beef chuck chunks in flour and add to the crockpot.
  2. Add green peppers, tomatoes, and stewed tomatoes to the crockpot.
  3. Cover with beef broth.
  4. Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic.
  5. Cook on low in the slow cooker for 10 hours.
  6. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
