Ingredients
  • 1cup pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2cup almond butter
  • 1/4cup almond or pecan flour
  • 1/4cup coconut flour
  • 1/4cup coconut flakes
  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 2tbsp. almond milk
  • 1handful chocolate chips
  • 1tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 1tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Process first 6 ingredients in a food processor until a finely ground meal forms.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process again until combined.
  3. Line a bread pan with parchment. Press mixture into container so it sticks together.
  4. Cover with a lid or saran wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Cut into slices and enjoy!
