I honestly have never grilled alone. While my hubby was away recently, I decided to take a stab at it. I had a bunch of random veggies and shrimp, but didn’t really know how to cook them all seperately. I love the Grilled Shrimp & Sausage Foil Packets so much that I thought up another variation. Though this recipe also features shrimp and corn, it comes out to be sweeter than the original recipe because of the onion and lemon. It also doesn’t use Old Bay or butter, which allows the red onion to infuse the shrimp and corn thoroughly.
