Ingredients
  • 1cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp tumeric
  • 1scoop Perfect Fit Protein(or other protein powder)
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Top your smoothie with crushed nuts or shredded coconut.
