Ingredients
  • 2lbs. ground beef
  • 1.5tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • “Healthy Dollop” of ricotta cheese
  • 1/4cup fresh parsleychopped
  • 1/4cup fresh oreganochopped
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 425.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together with your hands in a bowl.
  3. Roll the mix into meatballs and place on a well-greased baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 17 minutes.
