Krusche Rogaliki – Crisp Butter Horns

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg yolk and almond extract, mixing well.
Add almond meal and flour, thoroughly incorporating.
Roll into small horn shapes, crescents, and place on a greased cookies sheet.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar when cool.
