  • 1boil-in-bag buckwheat kasha
  • 1/2 onionchopped
  • 10 mushroomsdiced
  • 1clove garlicsliced
  • olive oilfor sauteing
Instructions
  1. Boil buckwheat kasha bag.
  2. Meanwhile, saute onion, garlic and mushroom until carmelized.
  3. Add kasha and saute for 2 more minutes to infuse the flavor.
