Cashew Ashwagandha Smoothie

  • 1/2cup banana (frozen or fresh)
  • 1cup unsweetened cashew milk(or other nut milk)
  • 1/2tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1tsp Ashwagandha
  • 1scoop protein powder(I used Bob’s Red Mill Whey Protein)
  • 1tsp almond butter(I used Justin’s Maple Almond Butter)
  • 1tsp pure maple syrup(or other sweetener)
  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Top your smoothie with chia seeds or shredded coconut.
